Smaccams respects intellectual property rights and privacy concerns. This page explains how performers, agents, and rights holders can request action.
Profile removal requests
If you are a performer and wish to exclude your public listing from our directory, email abuse@smaccams.com from an address associated with your performer account on the originating platform, or provide verifiable proof of identity.
Include: your stage name, partner platform, and direct links shown on Smaccams. We will review and remove or anonymize qualifying entries within a reasonable timeframe.
DMCA takedown notices
Copyright owners may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent local law. Notices should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on Smaccams with sufficient detail (exact URLs).
- Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by applicable law. We will forward it to the complainant as appropriate.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access for users or sources repeatedly involved in valid infringement claims.
